Jason Tajima

Jason leads a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-net-worth families, closely-held businesses, and charitable organizations with a full range of customized wealth services including investment management, private banking, trust & estate services and comprehensive wealth planning. Jason joined the organization in 2023 and has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining BMO, Jason served as Regional Banking District Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Criminology Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine along with his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Jason has a Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, along with his Life, Health and Variable Contracts Insurance licenses.

Jason is currently a Board Member at Project Access, where he actively participates in the Fundraising Committee, working to secure vital resources for the organization. He also served as a Board Member for the Community Resource Center in Encinitas from 2013 to 2017, contributing significantly to their mission during his tenure. Jason's dedication to these organizations showcases his commitment to making a positive impact on his community.

Jason, a Rancho Santa Margarita resident, is a devoted husband and father of two. He's passionate about supporting local non-profits, spending quality time with his family, and exploring the outdoors through hiking adventures.
