Ellaine serves as Market Manager and lead advisor and relationship manager to high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses. Ellaine closely works with clients to gain a complete understanding of their lifestyle, career, philanthropic and wealth planning goals. Then, she identifies and engages a Client Strategy Team to create a unique and constantly evolving financial plan and strategy to help meet these goals. She joined the organization in 1994 and has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ellaine earned a BA in Industrial Organizational psychology from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She earned a JD from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. Ellaine currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for WINGS, the largest domestic violence agency in Illinois. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Barrington Area Community Foundation (BACF), the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, and the JourneyCare Board of Trustees. In 2020, she was invited to be a member of the initial cohort of the Barrington Civic Leaders, committed to fostering a more diverse and inclusive community. Ellaine has been named a BMO Private Bank Platinum Award Recipient on numerous occasions. She was named as the winner of the ATHENA Leadership Award® in 2014. In addition, she was appointed as the 2014 Recipient of the Lake County Women of Distinction honor.
